A step forward: This was from Reid's first show (performing his own songs) in fifteen years. With his friend and fellow musician, Lauren Piper, they performed seven of Reid's original tunes and then finished the night performing tracks from Lauren's recent album release, "Before I say Goodbye."

Video to music by Waschering Maschine. Waschering Maschine is Billy Franklin - bass, samples; Reid Kruger - drums, rhodes; Tom Schroeder - guitar, narration; Jonathan Zorn - analog synthesizer. Excerpts from Vachel Lindsey's "Art of the Moving Picture" are organized as a narrative over the music, a lunatic text of original cinema awe. Finally, public domain silent films are edited to support the arguments of both Lindsay and Waschering Maschine. Brian Judd adds an introduction as Gregory Peck as Atticus Finch.
